Brewstructions
1. Open: Gently tear along the dotted line and enjoy the fresh coffee aroma.
2. Hang: Pop out the wings on each side of the filter and hang it across the cup.
3. Settle: Taking it nice and slooowly, pour almost boiling water, 90-96°C, up to the fill line (as shown in step one). Let it sit for 20 seconds to fully moisten the coffee grinds.
4. Brew: Gently add water up to the indicator line and let the filtration begin. Once dripped through, repeat this process 2 more times. Tip: 120-150ml per coffee is about right
5. Pause: Remove the drip filter once the last drips start to slow down. Tip: Don’t squeeze the bag or let it sit too long.
6. Enjoy: Savour the experience of world-class filter coffee. Brewed just how you like it!
